Spring is just around the corner (we hope), and the running/marathon season is upon us.
If you are thinking of resuming your running or taking up running for the first time, please check that your running shoes are in order. They should be proper running shoes and not be too old or worn. We require decent shock absorbing trainers, especially when running on our rigid pavements.
Our team at Physio Fitness are extremely experienced in running injuries and altered biomechanics, that can contribute to injuries. If you have any current aches/pains, come and see one of us for a thorough assessment of what may be contributing to the pain.
