MSc MMACP MCSP AACP Shelley Abraham is the founder and managing director of Physio Fitness, a physiotherapy practice which launched in March 2007. Shelley has been qualified as a chartered physiotherapist since 1994, gaining a Bachelor of Science degree (1994) and a Master of Science in Neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy (2000). She spent her first six years as a physiotherapist working in the NHS, alongside orthopaedic consultants and rheumatologists, dealing with a variety of conditions. Since then, she has worked in private practice, consolidating and expanding her knowledge and skills through numerous courses. She has worked with many sports clubs

BSc Physio MCSP AACP Nic began his career as a physiotherapist in 2007, working in the NHS where he completed his junior rotations in Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Orthopaedics, Respiratory, Neurological Rehabilitation and Paediatrics. He has worked in numerous neuro-musculoskeletal clinics, both in the NHS and in private practice. He uses manual therapy, exercise therapy (including movement re-patterning for running and walking), acupuncture, Kinesiology taping, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) as treatment methods. After graduating he went to Madrid where he specialised in Myofascial Pain and Fibromyalgia at University Castilla La Mancha. He came to the UK in 2013, where he has been based in private practice working as Senior Physiotherapist at Wembley Stadium for the Football Association (F.A.) a well as working as a physiotherapist in the Occupational Health Department at the Brompton Hospital. Senior Physiotherapist Nikos is a Senior Physiotherapist and an ex pro-basketball player, with a passion for addressing sports injuries and helping people reach their full physical potential. He graduated in an Honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire, and has since been specialising in Musculo-skeletal physiotherapy and sports related injuries.
