Swathi is a highly skilled physiotherapist with over 7 years of experience across a wide range of specialties. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Sri Ramachandra University, India, and has expertise in managing musculoskeletal (MSK), orthopaedics, cardiothoracic, neurosurgical, and critical care conditions. 

During her 5 years as a rotational physiotherapist, she gained substantial experience working in outpatient MSK departments, where she treated a variety of conditions through tailored exercise programs, patient education, and follow-up care. In the orthopaedics department, she managed pre- and post-operative care for procedures like total knee replacements (TKR), total hip replacements (THR), ACL reconstructions, meniscectomies, and spine stabilization surgeries. This diverse experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of rehabilitation and patient-centred care. 

After relocating to the UK in 2023, she became a First Contact Physiotherapist. In this position she is responsible for conducting thorough assessments, making diagnoses, educating patients about their conditions, and recommending appropriate home exercise programs and referring patients for further investigations or specialist consultations when needed. 

She specialises in soft tissue and joint mobilisations, trigger point release, and creating tailored exercise programs for each patient. She combines hands-on treatment with patient education to alleviate symptoms and enhance long-term outcomes. 

With a passion for delivering personalized care, she is committed to helping her patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and return to optimal function.
