As with any sport, the importance of warming up (and down) is of paramount importance. With the football and rugby seasons league seasons over, our attentions now turn to summer sports including tennis and golf. With tennis being a fast game at times, with lots of twists and turns and stretches, if you start to play without the proper warm up you leave yourself open to many injuries.
