Physio Fitness, our in-house Physiotherapy and Sports Massage clinic based at UCS Active, will be offering 15 minutes seated Sports/Remedial massage at Hampstead Fete on Sunday the 2nd July between 12.30 and 3.30pm. Please come and find them at the UCS Active stall and book yourself in. We are asking for a charitable donation of £5 per massage to go to one of the nominated charities for the fete this year.
The owner of Physio Fitness will also be on hand to give out any physiotherapy advice to those of you that may need it.
